Neon line animations have been made increasingly popular on social media and specifically on pages such as @blottermedia who have made the technique go viral.
The art of creating animated glowing lines over body parts and all manner of subjects can take a few different forms but we’ve found a way to do it for free and simply using a plug-in from Videocopilot.net called Saber. You can get it here.
Using this plugin you can create quick an easy masks and assign them in Saber to use those masks as routes for the glowing lines to wrap around.
Now it’s just a case of key-framing your animation.
